The Committee for Sensible Marijuana Policy (CSMP) has collected more than 9,000 signatures in Miami Beach.  The CSMP submitted the petitions to the Miami Beach City Commission on Wednesday, July 13, 2011. We are now working very hard to raise the final $1,000 required to have the petitions verified and have the question placed on a ballot in Miami Beach. The Committee for Sensible Marijuana Policy is a Florida Political Action Committee founded to decriminalize the adult person possession of marijuana in cities and towns throughout Florida.
